COLLAGEN-STIMULATING TREATMENT
If your skin is starting to feel a little thinner, flatter or less firm than it used to, Sculptra could be a great option. Sculptra works by stimulating your own collagen production to gradually restore volume (without any filler), improve firmness and give the skin a fresher, more supported look.
Appointments available in Leytonstone, East London.
TREATMENT COST
Our Sculptra (1 vile) treatment is £550. Klarna is available on this treatment.
SESSIONS NEEDED
A series of treatments is recommended for best results (typically 2–3 sessions)
RESULTS
Results are not immediate. They develop gradually over 8–12 weeks and can last up to 2 years.
Sculptra is an injectable treatment designed to work with your skin rather than simply add instant volume. It contains poly-L-lactic acid, which helps stimulate your body’s own collagen production over time. Think of it as rebuilding the skin’s support from within. As collagen production increases, areas that have started to look thinner, flatter or less firm can gradually appear smoother, fuller and more refreshed.
Unlike traditional dermal filler, the result isn’t immediate or overly obvious. Sculptra develops slowly over the weeks following treatment, which is why we love it for clients who want natural-looking facial rejuvenation without an obvious ‘done’ look.
Sculptra is ideal if your face is starting to look a little more tired, hollow or less supported than it used to. It can help with: • Loss of volume through the cheeks and temples • Skin that feels thinner, crepey or less firm • Early signs of facial ageing • Reduced cheek structure and definition • Fine lines and changes in skin quality • A tired or hollow appearance • Gradual loss of facial support caused by declining collagen Rather than changing your features, the aim is to restore some of the structure and support that naturally reduces with age — so you still look like you, just fresher and more rested.
Your appointment will always start with a consultation so we can chat through your concerns, take a look at the treatment area and understand what you’d like to achieve. We will take time to understand what has been bothering you, explain what this treatment can realistically do for you, and answer any questions you have.
Everything is tailored 100% to you, and your unique goals. If you decide to go ahead, we'll apply a numbing cream, if appropriate, and begin the treatment. We won't start until you're 100% happy. At the end of the appointment you’ll also be given clear aftercare advice so you know exactly what to do afterwards and how to get the best from your results.

For the right person, yes. Sculptra is more of an investment than a quick-fix treatment because it works gradually and often involves a course of sessions. The benefit is that it stimulates your own collagen and the results can be long-lasting, so it can be a great option if you want subtle, natural-looking rejuvenation rather than something temporary or obvious.
There isn’t one “perfect” age for Sculptra. It’s usually more about what’s happening with your skin and facial volume than the number on your birthday. Some clients start to notice collagen loss, thinning skin or reduced facial support in their 30s, while others may not consider Sculptra until their 40s, 50s or later.
Not necessarily — they do different jobs. Dermal filler is great when we want to add volume or definition to a specific area and see a more immediate result. Sculptra is better suited to clients who want to improve overall facial support and stimulate collagen gradually. In some cases, the best plan may involve one or the other, or a combination of both.
Sculptra can help improve the appearance of jowls in some clients by restoring support and stimulating collagen in areas where volume and structure have reduced. It isn’t a surgical lift, though, and whether it’s the right option will depend on what’s causing the jowling. We’ll assess this properly during your consultation.
It depends on what you want to improve. Sculptra is usually better suited to facial volume loss, reduced support and collagen loss deeper within the skin. Microneedling focuses more on skin texture, fine lines, pores and acne scarring. If your main concern is a loss of structure or volume, Sculptra may be more appropriate; if it’s surface-level skin quality, microneedling may be the better fit.
