PEN MICRONEEDLING WITH EXOSOMES
If your skin is feeling dull, uneven or just not quite as smooth as it used to, microneedling is a brilliant way to give it a proper refresh. Using a specialist microneedling pen, we create tiny controlled channels in the skin to encourage natural collagen production and skin renewal, helping to improve texture, pores, fine lines and scarring over time. At Facebox London, our microneedling treatment can include the under-eyes, face and neck, and we currently include an Exosomes treatment at no extra cost to complement your treatment and support the skin afterwards.
Appointments available in Leytonstone, East London.
TREATMENT COST
£250 for one under-eye, face & neck treatment, including Exosomes. A course of 3 is £650, saving £100.
SESSIONS NEEDED

RESULTS
Results in a few weeks and continue improving for 2–3 months, with benefits lasting several months.
Microneedling is a collagen-stimulating skin treatment that uses very fine needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin. These tiny channels trigger the skin’s natural repair process, encouraging the production of fresh collagen and elastin.
Over time, this can help the skin look smoother, fresher and more even, making microneedling a really versatile option for concerns such as fine lines, acne scarring, enlarged pores and uneven skin texture.
At Facebox London, we use pen microneedling across the under-eye area, face and neck. We’re also currently including Exosomes with your treatment at no additional cost, giving the skin an extra supportive step following microneedling.
Microneedling is different from RF Microneedling. Standard pen microneedling is particularly useful when our focus is skin texture, pores, superficial scarring and overall skin quality. RF Microneedling also delivers radiofrequency energy deeper into the skin and may be more suitable when laxity or skin tightening is a bigger concern.
Microneedling is a great option if your main goal is simply better-looking skin rather than changing your facial features. It can help improve: • Acne scarring • Uneven skin texture • Enlarged or visible pores • Fine lines • Dull or tired-looking skin • Early signs of ageing • Crepey-looking skin • Skin tone and overall skin quality • The appearance of minor surface imperfections Because it works by encouraging your own skin-renewal process, improvements develop gradually and should still look completely like you — just smoother, fresher and healthier-looking.
Your appointment will always start with a consultation so we can chat through your concerns, take a look at the treatment area and understand what you’d like to achieve. We will take time to understand what has been bothering you, explain what this treatment can realistically do for you, and answer any questions you have.
Everything is tailored 100% to you, and your unique goals. If you decide to go ahead, we'll apply a numbing cream, if appropriate, and begin the treatment. We won't start until you're 100% happy. At the end of the appointment you’ll also be given clear aftercare advice so you know exactly what to do afterwards and how to get the best from your results.

Not at all. Your 40s can actually be a great time to consider microneedling because collagen production naturally slows with age and you may start noticing changes in texture, firmness and fine lines. We treat the skin in front of us rather than recommending treatments based purely on age.
For the right concerns, yes. Microneedling can improve several things at once, including texture, pores, fine lines and acne scarring, without changing the shape or volume of your face. A course generally gives better value if you want a more noticeable improvement rather than a one-off skin refresh.
They do completely different jobs. Botox is used to reduce muscle movement that causes expression lines, whereas microneedling works on the quality of the skin itself, helping with texture, pores, scarring and fine lines.
If your concern is forehead or frown lines caused by movement, anti-wrinkle treatment may be more suitable. If your concern is skin texture or overall skin quality, microneedling may make more sense. Some clients choose both as part of a wider treatment plan.
It certainly can be. Microneedling won’t replace a surgical lift or completely reverse significant skin laxity, but it can still help improve texture, fine lines and overall skin quality in your 60s. We’ll assess your skin first and let you know whether standard microneedling, RF Microneedling or another treatment is likely to give you the best result.
One treatment can still give the skin a nice refresh and may improve glow and texture, so it isn’t wasted. However, if you’re treating concerns such as acne scarring, enlarged pores or more noticeable texture changes, a course of microneedling treatments is generally going to give you a stronger result.
