REGENERATIVE SKIN TREATMENT FOR FACE, NECK & UNDER-EYES
If your skin is starting to look thinner, tired or a little less resilient than it used to, polynucleotides are all about improving the quality of the skin itself. This injectable regenerative treatment supports skin renewal and collagen production, helping to improve hydration, texture, fine lines and crepey-looking skin over time. At Facebox London, we offer polynucleotide treatments for the under-eyes, face and neck, with treatment plans tailored to the areas you’d most like to improve.
Appointments available in Leytonstone, East London.
TREATMENT COST
from £300, with packages also available.
SESSIONS NEEDED
A course is usually recommended for the best result, with maintenance treatments as needed.
RESULTS
Skin improvements usually develop over several weeks and last around 6–12 months.
Polynucleotides are an injectable regenerative treatment designed to improve skin quality rather than add facial volume. At Facebox London, we use Plenhyage polynucleotides to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes.
Once injected into the skin, polynucleotides help create an environment that supports fibroblast activity, collagen and elastin production and improved hydration. The result develops gradually, with skin beginning to look healthier, smoother and more resilient over time.
We can use polynucleotides on the face, neck and delicate under-eye area, which makes them particularly useful for areas where the skin has started to look thinner, crepey or tired.
They’re a great option if you want to improve your skin without adding filler or dramatically changing your features. The aim is very much better skin, not a different face.
Polynucleotides are particularly useful when ageing or environmental damage has started to affect the overall quality and resilience of your skin. They can help improve the appearance of: • Fine lines and early signs of ageing • Crepey or thinning skin • Tired-looking under-eyes • Poor skin texture • Dull or dehydrated-looking skin • Loss of elasticity and firmness • Skin that looks generally tired or less healthy • Fine lines through the face and neck For the under-eye area, polynucleotides can be a lovely option when the main issue is thin, crepey or tired-looking skin rather than volume loss that would be better treated with filler.
Your appointment will always start with a consultation so we can chat through your concerns, take a look at the treatment area and understand what you’d like to achieve. We will take time to understand what has been bothering you, explain what this treatment can realistically do for you, and answer any questions you have.
Everything is tailored 100% to you, and your unique goals. If you decide to go ahead, we'll apply a numbing cream, if appropriate, and begin the treatment. We won't start until you're 100% happy. At the end of the appointment you’ll also be given clear aftercare advice so you know exactly what to do afterwards and how to get the best from your results.

At Facebox London, a single polynucleotide treatment for the face is £300. We also offer treatment packages if a course is recommended, as well as options for the under-eyes, neck or a combination of areas.
The best plan depends on which areas you want to treat and what we’re trying to improve, so we’ll talk you through the most suitable option rather than automatically recommending the biggest package.
Most clients are recommended a course of treatments rather than a single session, especially when we’re working on concerns like crepey skin, fine lines or under-eye quality. The exact number depends on your skin and the area being treated, but we’ll advise you properly during your consultation.
Results from under-eye polynucleotides can typically last several months, and many clients maintain their results with occasional top-up treatments. How long they last varies depending on your skin, age, lifestyle and how well your skin responds to the course.
They can help when dark circles are linked to thin, crepey or poor-quality under-eye skin, because polynucleotides are designed to improve skin quality and support regeneration. They won’t fix every cause of dark circles though, so if the issue is mainly pigmentation, hollowness or shadowing, another treatment may be more suitable.
You may start to notice some improvement after one treatment, particularly in hydration and overall skin quality, but the best results usually develop gradually over a course. Polynucleotides are not designed to create an instant change, the improvement builds as the skin responds over time.
