What is nasolabial fold filler?
Nasolabial folds run from the sides of the nose towards the mouth. Everyone has them to some degree, and the aim is not to erase your smile. If a fold has become deeper or more shadowed, dermal filler may soften it. Sometimes the cheeks need attention instead of, or as well as, the fold itself. We will explain what we see and why we suggest a particular approach.
We will examine your face at rest and in movement, then explain whether filler in the fold, cheek filler or a broader plan makes more sense. Many dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid and can add support where deeper folds have developed. The aim is a fresher look that still moves and smiles like you.
