A full face treatment goes a little further. Instead of focusing only on the upper face, we look at how the muscles across your face and neck work together. Carefully relaxing selected muscles can help soften lines, reduce downward pull and create a fresher, more balanced appearance.
Your treatment can include:

- A subtle brow lift

We won’t automatically treat every area—the final plan will be based on your facial movement and what you would genuinely benefit from.
What is the difference between three areas and a full face treatment?
Three areas focuses on the most commonly treated upper-face concerns: forehead lines, frown lines and crow’s feet.
A full face treatment includes these core areas but also allows us to address muscle movement across the lower face, jawline and neck. It’s more suitable when you would benefit from treating several connected concerns rather than one or two isolated areas.
Will a full face treatment make me look frozen?
That certainly isn’t our aim. Treating the full face doesn’t mean removing every bit of movement or giving everybody the same result.
We’ll look at how your features work together and use a carefully planned amount in the areas that need it. You should still look like yourself—just fresher, softer and more balanced.
How long does a full face anti-wrinkle treatment last?
Most results last for around 12 weeks, although different areas may wear off at slightly different speeds. Smaller muscles around the mouth, for example, are used constantly and may regain movement sooner.
Your metabolism, muscle strength and lifestyle can also affect how long the treatment lasts. Movement will return gradually rather than all at once.
Is a full face treatment too much if I’ve never had anti-wrinkle injections before?
Not necessarily. “Full face” describes the way we assess and balance your treatment—it doesn’t mean we have to use a large amount or treat every area.
