SUBTLE EYEBROW LIFTING WITHOUT SURGERY
If your brows are starting to feel a little heavy or your eyes look tired even when you’re not, a subtle brow lift can make the whole area look fresher and more open. Using carefully placed anti-wrinkle injections, we can gently reduce the pull of the muscles that bring the brows down. This allows us to create a small, natural-looking lift—usually around the outer brow—without surgery or changing the way you look. We’re not aiming for permanently surprised eyebrows or a dramatic arch. Just a subtle lift that works with your natural features and helps you look a little more refreshed.
Appointments available in Leytonstone, East London.
TREATMENT COST
£240, with a free review after 2 weeks if needed.
SESSIONS NEEDED
Usually one session, with a two-week review if needed.
RESULTS
Gradual lifting develops, settling fully at around two weeks.
A non-surgical brow lift is a subtle injectable treatment that can gently raise the position of the brows without surgery, threads or filler.
We have a mixture of muscles that pull our brows up and down. By relaxing carefully selected muscles that pull downwards, the lifting muscles can work with less resistance. This can create a small lift, particularly towards the outer brow, and help the eye area look more open.
The key word here is subtle. We’re talking about a gentle adjustment rather than a completely different brow shape. How much lift we can achieve will depend on your natural anatomy and the way your facial muscles move, which is why we’ll always assess you properly first.
A brow lift can be a lovely option if your brows are making your eye area look heavier or more tired than you feel. It may help with: • Brows that appear low or slightly heavy • A low outer brow or brow tail • A tired-looking or less open eye area • Mild hooding influenced by the position of the brow • Slight differences between the height of each brow • Creating a softer, more defined brow arch • Refreshing the upper face without surgery or added volume It’s important to be realistic about what this treatment can do. It won’t remove excess eyelid skin or give you the same result as surgery. We’ll take a proper look at what is causing the heaviness and let you know honestly whether a brow lift is likely to help.
Your appointment will always start with a consultation so we can chat through your concerns, take a look at the treatment area and understand what you’d like to achieve. We will take time to understand what has been bothering you, explain what this treatment can realistically do for you, and answer any questions you have.
Everything is tailored 100% to you, and your unique goals. If you decide to go ahead, we'll apply a numbing cream, if appropriate, and begin the treatment. We won't start until you're 100% happy. At the end of the appointment you’ll also be given clear aftercare advice so you know exactly what to do afterwards and how to get the best from your results.

Results usually last approximately 12 weeks, although this varies between clients. Your metabolism, muscle strength, treatment plan and lifestyle can all affect how long the lifting effect remains noticeable. Movement will gradually return rather than the result disappearing suddenly.
They may help when mild hooding is partly caused by the position or downward pull of the brow. Creating a subtle lift can make the upper eye area appear slightly more open. However, injections cannot remove excess eyelid skin or replace eyelid surgery, so we’ll assess the cause of the hooding before recommending treatment.
You may begin noticing a change within the first few days, but the result develops gradually. It can take approximately two weeks for the muscles to respond fully and for the final brow position to settle.
There isn’t one set number that works for everybody. The appropriate placement and amount depend on your brow position, muscle strength, facial movement and whether other areas are being treated at the same appointment. Your treatment plan will be confirmed following assessment and prescription.
The aim is a small, balanced lift—not an exaggerated arch or permanently surprised expression. We plan treatment around your natural brow shape and the way your muscles work together. Results vary, so we’ll explain the degree of change that is realistic for your anatomy before treatment.
